Affinity Education passed the procurement process and as a result are Welsh Government approved and part of the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery Framework agreement for the provision supplying education staff to schools in Wales. Teachers with QTS are paid a minimum of Main Pay Scale 1 in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions (Wales) Document.
